Paradigm Contracting Ltd

09/02/2026

These days it’s super important to think about Canadian businesses…Nova Scotia businesses…Cape Breton businesses. To think about them with our hearts and our wallets. And there are a million reasons why—but the biggest is that when we stand behind our local businesses, they’re always there to stand behind us.
So so many thanks to Municipal Ready-Mix for the donation of concrete barriers and Paradigm Contracting Ltd for delivering and placing them safely. The barriers will help protect the fire hydrant and provide an added measure of safety for Riverview High School students.
Take care of one another. Remember that we are stronger together. Your CVFD firefighters will be there if you need them.

We are always so proud to support Dena and her team at Teal to Heal - Unama'ki Cape Breton for all of their dedicated work! Incredible team and such an important cause🩵

🩵 Platinum Sponsor Alert 🩵

We all have our reasons for supporting Teal to Heal, and Paradigm Contracting Ltd is no different.

When asked why Teal to Heal is important to them, Mike and Diane Baker immediately speak about their five children - especially their three daughters. They understand the importance of awareness, education, research, and creating conversations around women’s health.

Teal to Heal is so much more than a fundraiser. It is an awareness initiative, a conversation starter, and a driver for research and progress in gynecological cancer care.

We are incredibly hopeful that the work we do not only provides financial support to members of our community, but also will help open conversations around topics that were once kept quiet. Because when we know better, we do better.

A heartfelt thank you to Paradigm for their continued support as a Platinum Sponsor for the third year in a row. Your $2000 contribution means so much and helps so many. 🩵

Pictured here are myself, Diane Baker, and four of their five children (one was at work 😊).
