If water is finding its way in — roof, basement, foundation — doesn’t matter where it’s coming from. We’ll find it and fix it.

Fixed the water infiltration at the Salvation Army thrift store. Excavated, repaired the foundation crack, and installed a sump and drainage system.

Then we waited.

Saskatchewan did the testing for us.

Once it held, we finished the interior — staff room, bathroom, hallway. New floors throughout. The girls in the photo agree, it turned out well.
