A finished look at Strada Health and Fitness!

Earlier, we shared this project while the finishing touches were still coming together. Now, with the space complete, we’re excited to share the final result.

From the curved reception desk and custom millwork to the integrated lighting, treatment rooms, fitness area, and warm wood finishes, there’s a lot of detail packed into this space. The result is a bright, welcoming environment designed around comfort, wellness, and functionality.

A great project to be part of, and one our team is proud to see completed.

We're proud to share the completed Fox Subaru dealership, a project that reflects the dedication, craftsmanship, and collaboration of everyone involved.

Designed with both the customer and employee experience in mind, the new dealership features bright, open spaces, modern offices, an expansive service area, and a large rooftop solar array that will help support the facility's long-term energy efficiency and sustainability.

This project wouldn't have been possible without the commitment of our project team, site staff, consultants, and trade partners. Thank you to everyone who played a role in bringing this vision to life, and to Fox Subaru for trusting Iron Maple Constructors to deliver their new home.

Every project starts with a solid foundation.

This aerial view of our Windsor Park 6-Plex project captures a unique moment in construction, with four buildings at different stages of foundation work. From completed foundation walls to active forming and freshly prepared footings, it's a great snapshot of the progress happening on site.

While there's still plenty of work ahead, it's exciting to see the project taking shape. A big thank you to our site team and trade partners for the hard work and collaboration that continue to move this project forward.

The Moffett Apartment project is starting to rise.

Wood wall and floor panels are now arriving on site and being installed, bringing months of planning to life as the structure begins to take shape.

It’s exciting to see this apartment building coming together, and we’re grateful to our team, suppliers, crane crews, and trade partners for the skill and coordination that make milestones like this possible.

A big lift and another exciting milestone at Lantz Commercial Development.

This week, the fuel canopy was successfully installed at the future Shell station, marking another step forward as the site continues to take shape.

Lifts like this don't happen by chance. They require careful planning, precise coordination, and the expertise of everyone involved. From the crane operators and rigging crews to our site team and trade partners, every person played an important role in making the installation safe and successful.

It's always exciting to see a project begin to take on its final form, and this milestone brings us one step closer to welcoming the community to this new commercial development.

A big thank you to everyone whose planning, teamwork, and professionalism made today's lift a success. We look forward to sharing more progress from Lantz Commercial Development as construction continues.

We're in the final stretch at Fox Subaru.

As we wrap up the final details on this 27,865 sq. ft. dealership, it's exciting to see the vision come to life. From the bright showroom and customer spaces to the expansive service area and offices, every part of this project reflects months of planning, coordination, and craftsmanship.

Reaching this stage is only possible because of the incredible teamwork behind the scenes. A huge thank you to our project team, site staff, and every trade partner whose hard work and dedication have kept this project moving forward. Their commitment has helped position the project ahead of schedule and nearing the finish line.
