At Iron Maple, our projects may be what people see, but our people are what make them possible.

We want to highlight the individuals behind the work. The people in the office are coordinating details, supporting teams, and keeping projects moving. The people in the field are solving challenges, building relationships, and bringing plans to life.

From early mornings on site to time spent connecting as a team outside of work, every project reflects the dedication, experience, and personality of the people behind it.

Construction is more than schedules and milestones. It is teamwork, pride in what we build, and the relationships formed along the way.

Recognizing the next generation of construction professionals.

This summer, Iron Maple Constructors is excited to welcome a great group of co-op/summer students across New Brunswick and Nova Scotia and provide them with hands-on exposure to the industry.

In New Brunswick, we are welcoming Emmerson Pope and Reese Whitters.

In Nova Scotia, we are welcoming Elliot Campbell, Jaxon Driscoll, Sam Bilodeau, Susan Bustin, Luke Boyd, and Christian Jenkinson.

From time in the office to experience in the field, these students are bringing energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn while gaining firsthand exposure to how projects move from planning to completion.

We are excited to have them on the Iron Maple team and look forward to supporting them throughout their work terms.

Iron Maple Constructors recently completed an 18,000 sq ft office fit-up and renovation in Fredericton, NB, transforming the space while allowing the client to remain operational throughout construction.

The project included architectural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades delivered through a phased approach that required careful planning, coordination.

The finished office space delivers a refreshed modern environment designed to support both functionality and the day-to-day experience of the people using it.

Projects like this come together through strong teamwork and coordination across every phase of construction.

Iron Maple Constructors is wrapping up construction on the new Pharmasave location, with the store preparing to open in June.

The project features a bright, modern retail layout with updated pharmacy, food and beverage, and customer service areas designed to support both functionality and customer experience.

As finishing work continues, the space is quickly coming together and getting ready to welcome the community through the doors.

We were happy to welcome the 2nd and 3rd year students from the Bachelor of Interior Design program at CCNB Dieppe to our Moncton project site.

Site visits like these are a great opportunity for students to see the construction process firsthand and gain insight into how design concepts come to life in the field. It was a pleasure sharing our work, answering questions, and connecting with the next generation of industry professionals.

Progress continues at the Amsterdam Inn in Grand Falls, NB.
The project is now entering the final stages, with interior finishes underway and the building quickly coming together.

From early structure to today, this project highlights the efficiency of wood panelized construction, helping maintain strong schedule momentum and consistent quality.

None of this would be possible without the great subcontractors on site. Their hard work and collaboration continue to drive the project forward.
