New project!
12 year old home with extensive rot on structural 8x8 posts. Stone veneer was applied around the posts and improperly enveloped. This now leads to the removal of upper deck tiles, heat cables, deck membrane, stone veneer, hardie shakes, parapet walls, over sized glazed onsite glass..the list goes on. We are going to be here awhile.

Great re build of Camp Alexandra stairs and landing. 35 years old and failing, now hopefully they will get another couple decades or more. Great working working weather to boot.
