Meet Jerald, one of the people helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes at Colony! 👋

As our Junior Accountant, Jerald brings attention to detail, organization, and reliable support to our day-to-day accounting operations.

We’re happy to have him as part of Team Colony and excited to see him continue to grow with us!

Remote projects change the way a build needs to be approached.

When a site is far from major supply centres and resources, there’s less room for last-minute decisions. Materials, crews, equipment, scheduling, and site conditions all need to be considered well before work begins.

For us, successful remote construction comes down to thinking ahead, staying adaptable, and keeping every moving part coordinated from planning through ex*****on.

Because the farther the jobsite, the more preparation matters. 🏗️

Great projects are built on trust... and the Space Centre project was a great example of that. 🏗️💙

We’re grateful for the kind words shared about the experience of working with our team.

Thank you for the trust and partnership throughout the project... it was a pleasure bringing your vision to life! 🤝

Steel market changes don’t just affect the price of materials. They can influence decisions across a project, from procurement and sourcing to timelines and overall budgets.

That’s why the conversations happening BEFORE construction starts can be just as important as what happens on site.

With changing trade conditions, early coordination gives project teams more time to understand potential impacts, explore options, and make informed decisions before key details are locked in.

Planning something new? Let’s start the conversation early. 🏗️

Mining facilities aren’t one-size-fits-all.

Every operation comes with its own requirements, site conditions, workflows, equipment, and long-term plans. That means the building needs to work around the operation, not the other way around.

At Colony Construction, we work with mining and industrial clients to deliver purpose-built steel building solutions designed around how their facilities need to perform today and where their operations are headed next.

Planning a new facility or your next expansion? Let’s talk about what you’re building.
