This unit was severely out of level, so we didn’t rush the flooring.
We did it the right way 👇

✔ Demo existing flooring & trim
✔ Install plywood to correct elevation issues
✔ Primer + self-levelling to meet manufacturer specs
✔ New flooring install
✔ New trim + trim paint

Clean finish starts with solid groundwork.

10 month of hard work to turn this rancher into a a two story home! +1100 sqft. Added extra 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, flex room, office & a garage, all new exterior and interior throughout
7 month in we were able to get the clients back into their home, took a little while to complete it fully with final inspection 🙏🏽 very happy with the final results😊

I was told i have to post more 😬 so here’s some pictures from our that we recently finished off.
Small scope of the conversion into a and new . we had to wrap their existing post instead of removing it so it took a while..
We don’t usually do railings but the clients insisted so we tried our best, turned out pretty well 💪🏽 finishing materials supplied by 🙏🏽
