Bring the lift. 😂🏗️

This one definitely wasn’t a ground-level-and-home-by-lunch kind of install.

Four-zone Fujitsu AIRSTAGE with indoor heads spread throughout the home and some very tight access getting to the upper locations.

The boys brought in the lift, mapped out the exterior routing and got after it.

And this is exactly why we show the finished exterior on our installs.

Nearly 2 months of working with this homeowner to navigate the Strata approval process, plan the installation properly and obtain the required electrical permit with the City of Burnaby.

Condo heat pump installations aren’t always as simple as putting a unit on a balcony. Strata requirements, electrical capacity, permits, equipment placement and a clean finished installation all matter.

We stayed with it from the initial planning and approvals right through to the final installation — and this 5-star review makes the extra effort worth it. 🙌

At Grove, we don’t look for shortcuts. We work through the process, pull the proper permits and install it the way it should be done.

Are full mechanical room makeovers becoming the new standard at Grove? 👀🔥❄️

It’s starting to look that way…

Another old mechanical room completely transformed by the Grove team.

Out came the aging furnace and traditional hot water tank. In went a new Lennox dual-fuel furnace and heat pump system, Rinnai tankless hot water, and a completely redesigned mechanical setup.

We’ve been posting a lot of these transformations lately — but that’s because this is the kind of work our team has become seriously good at.

Clean. Thought out. Serviceable. Built to look like someone actually cared about the finished product. 🔧
