We are thrilled to unveil the design of this six-storey multi-residential Apartment development within the Guildford – 104 Avenue Plan area in the located at 10506 140 Street.

The Architectural expression is composed through a calm white palette contrasted with bold vertical framing, creating a strong yet elegant presence along the streetscape. Through carefully balanced proportions, the building gently diminishes in scale toward both pedestrian and vehicular experience, establishing a meaningful connection at the urban level.

The project is intentionally simple in construction, yet rich in architectural character — aligning practical development goals with refined design outcomes. Efficient internal planning, highly usable living spaces, and elevated energy performance together shape a building that is both functional and enduring.

This project reflects our core philosophy:
Architecture does not need to be loud to leave an impression;

Simple, refined, and timeless architecture shaped through ParaMetric proportions, rhythm, light, and livability.

JUST A TRAILER OF WHAT WE DO.

We grind. We deliver. And when it’s time to unplug—we go all in.

Team PMA hit the lanes, stress got wrecked, pins didn’t stand a chance. Full energy and yes, loud laughs...

Because great work comes from great teams—and great teams know how to enjoy the ride.

Back at it. Recharged and relentless.

Excited to share the design of our latest townhouse project in the Brookswood neighborhood of the Township of Langley, British Columbia.

This project is a direct response to evolving market conditions—thoughtfully introducing sustainable, livable homes that prioritize what end users value most. By incorporating “master on main” layouts within a townhouse format, we aim to enhance accessibility and long-term livability without compromising design quality.

At the same time, the scheme is carefully optimized to achieve the maximum allowable density, aligning with the developer’s objectives while maintaining a strong architectural identity.

The two-storey units are designed with both private front yards and intimate courtyard spaces. The floor plans are carefully organized around these courtyards, allowing natural light, ventilation, and a strong indoor-outdoor connection to shape the living experience.

Architecturally, the project embraces a contemporary yet contextual language, with articulated facades, varied material palettes, and a strong streetscape rhythm that enhances the neighborhood character.

We see architecture here as more than built form—it is a quiet dialogue between rhythm and rest, density and openness, individuality and cohesion. The repetition is intentional, yet never monotonous—like a cadence that grounds the street while allowing each home its own voice.

The result is a balanced approach—where market expectations and development efficiency meet. A true balance of livability, sustainability, and density.
