Another project for the books!
We’re thrilled to share the completed restoration of this charming North Vancouver home.
The transformation began with a thorough pressure wash to remove years of dirt, grime, and debris, followed by careful scraping of all loose and peeling paint. Every edge was sanded smooth, and oil-based primer was applied to all bare wood to ensure long-lasting protection and adhesion.
To finish, we applied two coats of Guardian Flat in Sherwin-Williams - Naval on the main body for a rich, sophisticated look, paired with two coats of Cloverdale Paint Guardian Satin in Simply White on all trim and doors. The crisp white accents create a sharp, elegant contrast that truly elevates the home’s classic character.
The result is a beautifully refreshed exterior that combines durability with timeless curb appeal.
-No need for a plan b! 🇨🇦 🎨
