🏘️ 25-Unit Strata Repaint Underway

Our crew is hard at work on this 25-unit strata repaint.

A big focus on this project is addressing failing and deteriorating paint on the exterior wood trims, along with inspecting and replacing failed sealants where required.

Proper prep is key — removing loose coatings, preparing exposed areas, resealing vulnerable joints, and applying a durable new finish designed to stand up to our West Coast weather.

A fresh coat looks great, but protecting the building envelope and getting the prep right is what makes a repaint last.

Raj has been working with Grandview Painting for 3 years, and this summer he’s been the guy helping paint our strata projects and keeping everything moving smoothly.

I never planned on owning a painting company.

I grew up around construction, but I actually started my career in hospitality. Looking back, that experience shaped the way I run Grandview Painting more than anything else. It taught me that people remember how you make them feel.

At 29, a friend offered me a summer job painting, and what was supposed to be temporary ended up changing my life.

As I got deeper into the industry, I realized there was a better way to do things. Homeowners deserved clear communication, honesty, and a company that genuinely cared about the experience, not just the finished product.

That's why I started Grandview Painting in 2019.

I'm incredibly proud of how far we've come, but what I'm most proud of is the trust our clients have placed in us and the amazing team we've built along the way.

We don't just paint homes, we take care of people. And to me, that's what it's always been about.

Meet Niko!

For the past 5 years, Niko has been a huge part of the Grandview Painting team, bringing experience, consistency, and pride to every project he touches. With over 20 years in the painting industry, he’s truly mastered the craft.

Outside of work, Niko enjoys fishing, martial arts, and most importantly, spending time with his family. He’s a proud dad to his daughter and is excited to welcome another baby girl this summer!
