BCI is deep into a Comprehensive Renovation Project in North Vancouver. Following the specifications of BC Building Sciences we are replacing the exterior wall cladding, doors & windows from Starline Windows, and renovating the upper and lower balconies. The crew is also taking care of some rot that has developed over the years.

This is one of our dedicated crews working on a building in Vancouver. Apex Building Science provided the specifications for the entire project. BCI replaced the perimeter membrane with a liquid waterproofing compound and installed new drainage lines as the old ones had completely collapsed. They had some rotten deck posts that were removed. The project was completed on schedule and without a hitch. Well done!

Saul is hard at work doing concrete injection for a White Rock strata complex. Leaking cracks in the overhead slab of the underground parking garage will drip minerals onto the paint of the vehicle beneath it. Sealing the cracks with polyurethane crack injection is a proven, cost-effective solution. We followed up a couple days later, and the crack was completely sealed.
