Smitty has two used 40 gallon electric hot water tanks for sale. Regular cost is $731.16. He will sell for $450 each (tax in).

One was a size upgrade, the other was a temporary installation. Both used less than 6 months.

Out with the old ~ in with the new. Craig finally got a new van. There is no logo on the van but nothing has changed. Same guy, same phone number....and still proudly serving Sturgeon Falls & Area!!!

Good advice!

Make sure your furnace and hot water tank vents are clear of snow and ice . Otherwise deadly carbon monoxide can build up inside your home .

Ensure you have a working CO detector outside of all sleeping areas in your home .

Never operate a generator inside of garages or sheds or CO can build to deadly levels .
