🏡 GODERICH PROJECT — OFFICIALLY WRAPPED UP! 🔨✨

What a project, and what a VIEW! 😍

We’re excited to share this incredible home in Goderich, where our team at Parr Mechanical took care of the HVAC portion, including all ductwork, furnace, air conditioning, tankless water heater, and ERV system.

While we handled the mechanical side, some incredibly talented trades brought the rest of this beautiful home together!

A huge thank you to Handcrafted Reno’s for having us be part of this project. Trevor truly knows how to bring a vision to life and build one incredible home. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and finished product speak for themselves! 👏

And can we talk about the LOCATION?! With views this good, we couldn’t just show off our mechanical work — we had to share the entire finished project!

Proud to have played a part in bringing this one to life! 🔥

Another industrial project wrapped up right here in Stratford! 🔧

Our team recently completed the installation of these Twin City Fans at a local manufacturing facility, helping provide the heavy-duty ventilation and airflow needed to keep operations running efficiently.

From equipment installation and ductwork to complete industrial HVAC solutions, Parr Mechanical is proud to support local manufacturing right here in our community.

This one isn’t finished yet — equipment is still to come, and we can’t wait to show you the full setup once everything is installed and running.

🔥 It may be HOT outside, but that doesn’t stop us from making sure our clients stay cool.

Another successful rooftop unit installation completed! Our team recently installed a new 5-ton RTU for our friends at Samuel, Son & Co., helping keep their facility comfortable and operating efficiently.

A huge thank you to our hardworking crew. Shoutout to our journeyman, Ryan, and our apprentice, Adam, for pushing through the summer heat and getting the job done safely and professionally. We appreciate your dedication and the pride you take in your work every single day.

Great work, team! 💪❄️

We’re so sad that our Open House has already come and gone, but we’re incredibly grateful for the amazing day we shared together. Having these videos to capture the memories means so much to us and allows us to look back on all the fun, laughter, and connections that made the day so special.

While we were definitely nervous about the weather leading up to the event (and especially that morning!), it’s amazing how everything came together and how beautiful the day turned out to be.

To our suppliers who generously donated prizes — thank you.

To the talented artists who performed throughout the day — thank you.

To everyone who provided the incredible food, coffee, and treats — thank you.

To the vendors who took time out of their busy schedules to join us and represent their businesses — thank you.

To our amazing staff who spent countless hours planning, organizing, setting up, and making sure everything ran smoothly — thank you. Events like this don't happen without your dedication, hard work, and commitment.

To our videographer, thank you for capturing the day so perfectly and putting together this incredible video. Being able to relive these memories and share them with others is something we will cherish for years to come.

And most importantly, to our customers — THANK YOU.

We do this for our customers, our employees, our families, and our community. Seeing everyone come together and enjoy the day reminds us why we love what we do.

Thank you for making our Open House such a success. ❤️

June 5, 2027... we'll see you then. 😉
