This makes me happy,,,thats 4 houses mostly august and sept 4 outta 4 sold. We did a few fix its and cosmetic work and spiffy d up a lil bit which always helps.I am just glad the customdr can mo.ve on with their lives and the stress decreases for them,and we were part of that.

Mother nature is just softening up the ground for us is all.Shes doing a good job of keeping the outside of my truck clean as well.This week would be a good one to pull out those vines that are so invasive,to the root,jus saying,if you wait to long everything starts growing the ground hardens up and makes things difficult. Life don't need more difficulty,,,,it needs solutions NOW
