🌱 From Greenfield to Grand Opening.
What was once an undeveloped 4-acre property at Highway 7 and Bonjour Boulevard in Madoc, Ontario is now a completed commercial development serving the community with brand-new A&W and Pet Valu locations.
This project included everything from site preparation, rock excavation, underground servicing, and municipal infrastructure to the construction of the buildings, parking areas, landscaping, site lighting, and final finishes. It’s a true example of what can be accomplished through planning, coordination, and teamwork.

Our team recently completed a freshen-up of an available industrial space on Sladeview Crescent in Mississauga, Ontario, delivering a clean, modern space that’s ready to welcome its next tenant.

Project Update – Madoc, Ontario 📍

Things are coming together quickly in Madoc ON. as we enter the final stages of construction.

Interior finishes are nearing completion while exterior work continues to progress, with asphalt paving and landscaping now underway. The site is taking shape and we’re getting closer to turnover.

We’re looking forward to sharing the finished project soon. Stay tuned for final completion photos and video in the coming weeks.
