It is with some sadness. After a few months of consideration, I have some other opportunities that have come my way in which I will be exploring.

I want to say thank you to all of my clients, friends and family over the last 3 years. It was very humbling to receive so much support. I will miss being the Ginger Man, but I am excited for the new opportunities.

This Thanksgiving I am beyond thankful for having such incredible people in my life! Everywhere from my family and friends to my clients.

I am blessed to be surrounded by the most supportive and caring people.

Taking on alot more heating projects these days.

One of my favorite clients called me a few weeks back, stated their hot water tank for in floor heat had failed again. This was their second tank for this system.

They bought the house with a sketchy hydronic heating system and asked me to help maintain it while they saved up to replace it.

Well their hand was finally forced, the tank quit last month, murphies law. So we had to have the hard discussion of what their next most cost effective move was.

We came to the decision that a Combi Bouler would fit their needs the best. And of course Navien is the only suggestion I made. So I sent them the quote and they were a little hesitant.

It was a large number. But they knew I would get them sorted and exceed their needs. So I ripped out their old hot water tank, prepped the space for the new hydronic system. And went to work!

I have been horrible at taking before and after photos, which I finally did here and I am so excited about how it all came together.

They now have one unit that does both their space heating AND their domestic hot water heating!

And it's high efficient! What a fun project this was.

Finally got to get to this heating job. It was scheduled to start July 3rd. Then all the rain screwed everything up.

Finally got word last week that it was sufficiently dry to start my scope. Installed the trench drain on Monday and then my incredibly beautiful wife, Mercedes, helped me lay the foam yesterday in the grueling heat.

Then again she helped lay some pipe on the ground this morning. I couldn't get these things completed efficiently without her.

Hopefully bringing on some help this fall 😅😅 but I feel like I have been saying that for ages now. Lol

Happy with the progress this week, pour is next Monday, then we can start installing the Navien boiler!

There is water involved...

That being said, I am off on holidays for the whole week next week! Taking my boys camping, giving Mercedes a nice break for a few days.

Hope everyone is having a great summer, I was hoping to get more active on here over the summer. But I have been too busy, which is an awesome problem to have!
