Off The Wall is proudly women-owned and primarily made up of women in the trades, and we love seeing what happens when women have the opportunity to build careers doing work they’re really proud of. Painting is a skilled trade, and every project gives our team another chance to bring that skill, creativity, and care into someone’s space.

Not every job site task involves a paintbrush. 🐣💜 When this tiny baby bird needed a little help getting safely back to its nest, the Off The Wall crew was happy to add “wildlife rescue” to the day’s agenda. We talk a lot about the skill and care our team brings to their work, but it’s the kindness, compassion, and character they bring with them that makes us especially proud.

We will never get tired of a good before and after. ✨ There’s something incredibly satisfying about seeing all the individual choices colour, finish, details finally come together as one complete space. It’s also one of our favourite parts of painting: the results are right there in front of you, and sometimes the difference is pretty spectacular. Safe to say, before and after days are pretty great days around here.

If you’ve had Off The Wall in your home, there’s a pretty good chance you already know this face. 💜 Nina is our On-Site Operations Manager and one of the people helping keep our projects moving, our team connected, and all those little details accounted for along the way. She brings a whole lot of knowledge to the job, but just as importantly, she brings the kind of personality that makes having a painting crew around actually pretty fun. Once you book, we also include a complimentary colour consultation to help you feel confident in the colours you’ve chosen and how they’ll work within your space. A little expertise, a little creativity, and a clear path from “I have an idea” to “when can we start?”

There’s a reason the spray gun comes out on certain projects and it’s not because it’s the easy way. 😉 Spraying is a skill that takes experience, precision, and a whole lot of control to get right. In the hands of a professional, it can create an incredibly smooth, consistent finish without the texture a roller can leave behind.

It may look fun when the girls get spraying (and okay, it definitely is), but knowing how to get that beautiful finish is exactly why you hire the pros.
