We’re proud to announce a new project at Charles Sinclair School in Fisher River Cree Nation! 🔨

Everett Construction Group, our Indigenous-owned and operated construction subsidiary at U Build Group, will be completing interior renovations at the school.

Charles Sinclair School welcomes children from nursery through Grade 6 and emphasizes working with families and the community to support its learners.

Our Everett team is honoured to work within Fisher River Cree Nation and contribute to a place that matters to local students and staff. We appreciate the opportunity to put our construction skills to work in support of the school.

We’ll be sharing updates as the renovations progress.

Things are taking shape at Parsus Engineering! 🏗️

We recently had a crane day on site, lifting off the old roof and bringing in new roof trusses for the vehicle storage and office space.

It’s a milestone for our U Build Construction crew and an exciting moment to see the work come together. Thank you to everyone involved in the lifts and to Parsus Engineering for trusting our team with this project.

We look forward to sharing more progress as construction continues.

A progress update from Hangar 16 at 17 Wing Winnipeg! 🔨

Our U Build Construction team has completed excavation, soil testing and backfilling, and we’re currently finishing rebar tying.

This phase includes hydrovac work, a concrete pour and bollard installation. Epoxy painting for the lines and bollards will follow as the project moves toward its finishing stages.

We’re extremely honoured to be working with DCC on such a substantial project. We appreciate the opportunity and the trust placed in our team, and we’re proud of the effort our crew is putting into every stage.

A project update from Academy Road! 🔨

Demolition is complete at our Red River Co-op pharmacy project in Winnipeg. Our U Build Construction team has finished work across the basement, main floor and upstairs, and we’re now moving into framing.

Everything is progressing smoothly, and we’re looking forward to seeing the space take shape in this next phase.

We’re honoured to be working with Red River Co-op. Thank you for the opportunity and the trust placed in our crew.

Taking care of homes is part of taking care of our community.

Our U Build Construction team, part of U Build Group, is nearing the end of a renovation project for Manitoba Housing, with completion planned for the end of September.

The project includes a complete exterior retrofit, replacement windows, composite decking with galvanized railings, roofing work and new poured sidewalks. Electrical and mechanical renovations are also part of the work.

Manitoba Housing helps people across our province access affordable housing. We’re honoured to work with them and contribute to the homes that local residents depend on.

For our team, there’s real pride in knowing our work serves a purpose close to home. We value the opportunity to help maintain housing that supports stability in people’s everyday lives.
