The Boys have been busy with this boiler project this week. The project included a 199,000 BTU boiler, 6 manifolds, a 450 litre indirect hot water tank and 5000 feet of 1/2 inch floor heat lines. Finished and pressurized with no leaks. No cold floors in this house!

Commercial building development with a main trench going from building 1 to building 5. The trench is 7 feet deep and the frost made digging a challenge. Luckily the crew got the opportunity to use a mini excavator and a skid steer to help dig the 90’ trench. 2 bathroom groups, 3 commercial floor drains as well as 2 boiler drains. All completed and back filled in 7 days to beat the big storm.

Be sure to call us for all your drain cleaning needs. Luckily this family noticed the main drain back up before it did any serious damage to their basement. Tree roots were to blame. 🌳
