Ensuite all done for a repeat client!

We removed a built-in tub, deleted a bulk head over the old shower, and made a spacious 4x4 alcove shower instead.

This ensuite and primary bedroom makeover were the best way to end 2025!

We did a skim coat over the popcorn ceiling, created custom closet shelving, and, of course, a complete overhaul on the bathroom.

This kitchen in Amberwood got a major facelift with all new custom cabinets from Steadfast Builders.

Dimmable lighting, built-microwave, and all new USB plugs by , add warmth and coziness to offset the white quartz counters.

We added textured subway tiles for the backsplash to finish the look and tie everything together.

We showed up to this deck dismantled by our clients after they found water damage on the exterior of the house.

Once demo began we quickly realized the extent of the water damage which was caused not only by improper flashing and no drip edge on the deck ledger, but also major air leakage around every window. The rot was so extensive that most of the studs weren’t even connected to the bottom plate anymore!

Step by step, working from the basement level and up, we replaced all the rotten structure. We added in blocking to carry the deck ledger as there were only 3 mounting points over 24’ with the original build. We replaced sheathing, tyvek, and all new siding in preparation to rebuild the deck as well.

Shout out to for providing flashing tapes and expertise to get the job done. A big thank you to for supplying all our building materials and finding the correct siding and accessories required to get this place put back together, the right way.

We love a cedar deck!

We replaced a cedar deck after extensive repairs that had to be made to both the structure and sheathing on the exterior of the house due to no flashing being installed by the builder when the deck and house was built. It was a silly over look that cost our clients unnecessary expense.

We took care of the structural issues and siding repairs (see our next post). The deck was completed in time for summer pool parties and was a light at the end of a very dark and unexpected tunnel for our clients!

Beautiful cedar deck ing, railings with aluminum pickets, and a few extras like for a sleek look. We always make sure to include joist tape for added longevity.

Yesterday, we took the day to help teach the next generation!

We were at making toolboxes for Father’s Day presents with their Junior Elementary program. They had a blast and so did we!

This unfinished laundry room space in a client’s basement was almost unusable. We added in a beautiful Acacia wood folding station, Ikea cabinets, and also sound-proofed the ceiling with Roxul Safe n’ Sound insulation to keep noise down in the room above.

Before came in and installed 5 pot lights, as well as multiple outlets around the room, there was only a single, dull light to work with.

What a difference a well-thought out renovation can make in day-to-day tasks!

This shed was purchased by the clients and needed a pressure treated wood base on deck blocks, as well as assembly, roofing, and painting.
