🥊 HE FOUGHT. HE WON. AND TOGETHER, THEY RAISED $1.7 MILLION.
We couldn’t be prouder of our owner, Justin DeSa, who stepped into the ring this past weekend for Fight for the Cure 2026 in support of cancer care and research at The Ottawa Hospital.
For eight months, Justin trained, pushed himself outside his comfort zone, raised funds, and prepared for something that was far beyond his normal day-to-day.
Then came fight night.
Seven fights. Fourteen Ottawa community leaders. More than 1,000 people in attendance. And a record-breaking $1.7 MILLION raised for cancer care and research.
And Justin came home with the win. 🏆🥊
But while we’re incredibly proud of that win, the bigger victory belongs to the entire Fight for the Cure community.
At DeSa Construction Group, we believe that what you build matters.
We build landscapes.
We build indoor/outdoor spaces.
We build businesses and relationships.
And sometimes, we get the opportunity to help build something much bigger, a stronger future for people and families affected by cancer.
Justin’s commitment to this challenge, the incredible generosity of everyone who supported him, and the collective effort of all 14 fighters helped turn eight months of hard work into $1.7 million for an incredibly important cause.
That’s something worth celebrating.
