This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating the incredible women behind the scenes helping keep everything running smoothly.
 
They’re the ones answering your calls, calming the chaos during snow events, dispatching crews, balancing the books, organizing schedules, and writing those storm update emails you’ve come to love. They’re juggling a dozen moving pieces, keeping our drivers fueled for overnight dispatches, showing up at community events, and somehow keeping the whole operation running like a well-oiled (snow) machine — usually with coffee in one hand and a phone in the other. ☕❄️💪
 
So today we’re sharing a little throwback to the babes they once were and celebrating the amazing women they’ve grown into.
 
Saera, Sue, Maria, Issy, Sarah & Alex — thank you for the care, positivity, teamwork, and heart you bring to our team and our clients every single day. We appreciate you more than you know. 🌟
