FAQ: “Should we order a few extras?”
Our completely unbiased answer?
Probably. 😂
Because custom apparel has a strange habit of creating people who suddenly want custom apparel.
Someone sees the crew wearing the new hoodies...
“Hey, where's mine?”
A new employee starts two weeks later...
“Do I get a shirt?”
Someone's spouse sees the hoodie...
“Can you get me one of those?”
If you're already placing an order, it can be worth thinking ahead especially since larger quantities can unlock better discounts.
A couple of extras in common sizes can also come in pretty handy for new employees, volunteers, unexpected additions or that one person who definitely told you they didn't want one.
Spoiler: They want one now. 😉

This one's easy....Pictou.
Every order we take is processed and printed in-house at our Pictou shop.
That means when a local business, construction crew, organization, team or event orders from Pictou County Custom Apparel, the production isn't quietly being shipped off somewhere else. We're doing the work right here.

Where you spend your money matters.
When you choose a local business, you're not just getting custom apparel.
You're putting business back into the community you live and work in. ❤️

FAQ: “What should I have ready before contacting you?”
Want to make your custom apparel order go a whole lot smoother?
Here's the good stuff to have figured out:
✔️ Your logo or design
✔️ Roughly how many pieces you need
✔️ What types of apparel you're interested in
✔️ An idea of the sizes you'll require
✔️ Where you want your logo/design printed

Don't worry if you haven't decided whether everybody wants a tee, hoodie or crewneck yet. That's why we allow you to mix and match.
The more information you have ready, the easier it is for us to help you get from “we need some shirts” to an actual order.
And trust us...
“We need some shirts” is usually how it starts. 😂

We ordered our club T-shirts with our logo as a way to promote our group and give us something to proudly wear when we travel to seminars and other learning opportunities.

Our group trains twice a week in traditional Okinawan martial arts weapons. It’s something we truly love, and now we have the shirts to show off our club wherever we go!

We absolutely love how they turned out — especially having the different shirt colours. A few members were missing when we took the photo, and they have even more colours!

I’m quite sure there will be more orders in the future.

Because custom apparel has something called setup time. Whether we're preparing to produce 10 pieces or a much larger order, there is work involved in getting everything ready before production begins.

As the quantity increases, those costs are spread across more pieces which means larger orders can unlock better pricing.
So if you're ordering for a business, don't automatically ask only the five people standing beside you.
Ask the rest of the crew.
Ask the boss.
Check whether anyone needs an extra hoodie.
And somebody better ask Gary, because you just KNOW he's going to want one after the order is placed. 😂
More pieces = bigger discounts unlocked.

Nope. And this is one people are usually pretty happy to hear. 😎

Your 10-piece minimum can be mixed and matched between tees, long-sleeve tees, crewneck sweatshirts, pullover hoodies and hats.
So if Bob wants a hoodie, Sarah wants a crewneck, six people want tees and the boss refuses to wear anything except a hat...
We can work with that. 😂

It’s a great way to outfit a crew without making everybody wear the exact same thing. And remember — 10 is our minimum, not our maximum. We specialize in orders from 10 pieces to 100+ and beyond, with bigger discounts unlocking as your quantity grows.
