We've got a refurbished hot tub for sale. Our customers bought a beautiful new hot tub and traded in this one.

It's all working and in great condition.

It's a 2012 MAAX 481. For a 14 year old tub, it's in fantastic shape and one of the nicest pre-owned tubs we've ever brought in (see pics below)

Couple notes...

-Measures 91"x91"

-I replaced the main jet pump so it has a brand new pump- jet pump 2 is also working fine

-Only other work needed was a couple gaskets for control k**b leaks

-No leaks in internal plumbing, and everything heats up fine

-Even the air blower and lights work!

-Has a new-ish cover on it and there's already a cover lifter installed

-It's currently running in our showroom so you can see it running and operating well

-Comes with a three month guarantee against leaks and equipment failure

-A couple scuffs here and there on the cabinet and base but it's only cosmetic

Even if it runs into issues, MAAX tubs are easy to work on and they're some of our favourite trade in tubs for that reason.

A brand new hot tub with this size and features would be in the $18-23k range.

These pre-owned tubs do not last long. Don't mean to pressure anybody, but we even had people looking at it and asking about it before it was all ready to go.

Listing it for $6500 + tax (includes standard delivery)

If your hot tub looks like Judge Doom would use it to kill a Toon, you might need some help

It's not been widely circulated, but Manitoba Hydro has put out new requirements for bonding hot tubs. Many tradespeople are not up on this yet, so if you are thinking of getting a hot tub or swim spa, make sure everyone involved in the project is aware of the new rules!
