You have discovered Cornerstone Timberframes… a family run enterprise located in Mitchell, Manitoba, with over 20 years experience building strong, beautiful timber frame homes and cottages in Canada and the U.S. Cornerstone Timberframes can be traced as far back as 1885. The family had built a sturdy timberframe barn that lasted through

out various weather conditions and years of use. “After 120 years of wind and storm the place testified to the work of a skilled builder who knew how to lock each of the timbers together into an amazingly resilient and beautiful structure”, recalls Wayne.

Something really cool going through the shop right now. These live timbers are going to become cozy sitting areas at an outdoor spa. There are more then 40 of these massive timbers, each are being worked on by hand by some of the best Timberframers in the business.
