This month we celebrate 15 years in business, and over the next few weeks we will be reflecting on the journey that has brought us here.

Schulz Homes was built on a shared vision between two brothers, Peter and David Schulz, who believed in leading with integrity and building with passion. From the very beginning, the focus was simple: create homes that reflect care, quality, and pride in every detail.

Although Peter is no longer with us, his influence continues to shape who we are today. His values remain deeply embedded in our approach and his legacy is present in every home we build.
