A big milestone for a partner we’re incredibly proud to work with. 👏 👏 👏

Office to Advance Women Apprentices NL officially launched The Built Collective in St. John’s.

The Built Collective is a renovation company with a bigger purpose. A social enterprise creating meaningful employment opportunities and a better future for women in skilled trades. 💪

We were so happy to be there to celebrate the team, the work that got them here, and everything they’re building next. ✅

Big congratulations to the entire crew! Onwards and upwards. ✨

Cheers to our incredible Account Director, Karen Boyd, for crushing her first year at Ray! 🎉

With over a decade of agency experience under her belt, she’s a pro at building killer strategies for award-winning campaigns and client relationships so strong they probably send her holiday cards. 😜

And this kind soul also runs a local holiday market to support local artisans and charities. Yeah, total legend.

Huge congrats on year one, Karen! 🥂

Summer Fridays are already pretty cool. But today, we have another reason to crack open some bubbles. 😜🥂

Pretty stoked to have made the 2026 Small Agency of the Year shortlist from Strategy. 👀✌️

This is Ray’s third Small AOY shortlist appearance, and we couldn’t be more excited. Big shoutout to our entire crew for bringing their A-game to every project. And to our very awesome clients for trusting us to do bold and ambitious work. 🙌

Kudos to our Atlantic Canadian friends at Wunder for also making this year’s shortlist. Cheers to all the nominees. Let’s gooooo! 🎉

Seven years of nothing but excellence. That’s the perk of having a Chief Client Officer like Tracy Russell on the team.

Tracy brings over 20 years of marketing experience, has led award-winning campaigns, and executed national brand strategies. And somehow, she makes nurturing incredible client relationships look easy. What can’t she do? 🤭

She’s also super kind and easy to work with. We’re so lucky to have you, Tracy. ❣️✨

Bring on the sparklers. Our Account Director, Jenny Carroll, just punched in another awesome year! 🎉🎉🎉

Jenny has a knack for knowing exactly what clients need and then finding a way to overdeliver. She’s led multiple social and web projects with magical precision - pretty sure her business degree and decades of experience across industries have something to do with it. 😉

We’re so grateful to have her as part of our crew. Well, that and because she brings the fluffiest member of the team (Betty) along with her. 🥰

Our Senior Developer, Matthew Egginton, just completed four years at Ray. Woot woot! 🥳

Matt is everything you’d hope for in a developer. All the chops, from WordPress and PHP to JavaScript. None of the ego. He’s always there when he says he’ll be, gets the work done on time, and keeps the drama level at a very impressive zero. Add a Welsh accent to top it all off. No notes! 🫶

Thanks for these amazing four years, Matt. 🌟

How has it been nine years already? No idea. What we do know is that they’ve been nine excellent years! Full of killer designs, big ideas, and crazy fun. 😝

Our Senior Designer, Courtney Wells, brings impressive chops, a sharp eye for detail, and even sharper TV show/movie recos. She’s lowkey the dream coworker. Super approachable, always ready to help, and a great mentor who makes agency life smoother (and let’s not forget her unforgettable laugh).

She’s all things purple on the outside and pure gold at heart. 💜💛💜💛

Thanks, Court, for sticking with us. We’re incredibly lucky to have you. ✨🫶

What’s better than a sweet new sofa? A sofa that gives back while you kick back. And that’s the story behind our latest campaign, the Redemption Collection, for Island Furniture NL. As a non-profit social enterprise, Island Furniture reinvests 100% of profits back into the community, helping people with intellectual disabilities find employment opportunities across the province. It’s furniture you can feel good about and a campaign we were honoured to bring to life. 🫶

We just hit 13 years. Can you believe it? We can’t. 🫢 It feels like yesterday we were opening the doors with a small crew and a big dream. Today we have 20+ staffers in three provinces, and a host of incredible clients throughout North America. Not to mention a stellar cast of talented partners, supporters, and friends who always bring the vibe. Feeling luckier than ever. ✨☘️
