Grain Matching — It’s All in the Details.
One of the biggest trends we’re seeing in modern cabinetry is continuous grain matching — where the wood grain flows naturally from one door or drawer front to the next.
It sounds simple, but getting it right takes careful planning from the design stage through cutting, assembly and installation. These photos show a project being laid out in our shop before installation, making sure every panel is positioned correctly and the grain continues across the entire run.
At Royal Wood Design, we’re always looking at what’s next in cabinet design and investing in the equipment, materials and processes needed to build it.
Modern styles are becoming cleaner, more detailed and more precise — and we’re making sure our work keeps moving with them.
The difference is in the details.
