Eastern Composite services is a
subsidiary of Island hose and Fittings and specializes in lining vessels, pipes, agitators and pumps. In fact, they can rubber line just about any item regardless of its size or shape.

Belzona Engineered Repair Solution for Expansion Joint:

Our Coatings team recently completed a critical repair to a tank expansion joint that had experienced advanced deterioration, compromising its ability to maintain an effective water seal.

A Belzona-approved repair system was implemented, restoring the integrity and performance of the joint without the need for full replacement. The process involved careful surface preparation, precise application of specialized Belzona materials, and adherence to proven procedures.

This approach allowed us to efficiently return the tank to service while minimizing downtime for our client!

Nick recently completed AMPP CIP Level 1 (formerly NACE) with the Association for Materials Protection and Performance - a globally respected certification in coatings inspection.
