Now Booking: Winter/Spring 2027

With 2026 now essentially fully booked, our calendar is beginning to shift toward Winter and Spring 2027. We do have a very limited number of openings remaining for smaller scale projects this year, but availability is going quickly.

If a renovation has been on your mind, whether it is a kitchen refresh, a bathroom transformation, or a larger vision for your home, now is the time to start the conversation. Our consult, design, and renovate process means the planning begins well before the tools ever touch your home, and early conversations lead to the best outcomes.

We would love to help bring your next project to life. Reach out today to see where you fit into our upcoming schedule.

Small footprint. Big transformation. 🛠️✨

This kitchen renovation proves that scale isn't what makes a project extensive, planning is.

The design leans into a warm, timeless palette: large format porcelain tile with a soft marble look grounds the space, while a subway tile backsplash runs the full height of the wall, from counter to ceiling, for a clean, elevated finish that feels custom rather than standard. Rich wood toned cabinetry, quartz countertops, and brass hardware round out a look that feels both current and built to last.

Every detail you see in the final result, from the layout to the finishes to how the space actually functions, was mapped out long before a single wall came down. That's the value of a consult first approach: fewer surprises during the build, and a finished space that was designed around how our clients actually live.

🐾Reshape Project Dogs: Meet Sam! — Renovation Designer

Don’t let the smile fool you. Sam takes bathroom design very seriously.

When he’s not supervising the office, Sam can usually be found reviewing floor plans, checking shower layouts, and making sure our designers haven’t overlooked any opportunities for additional treats… or storage. 🛁

His design philosophy is simple:
Good renovations don’t start with demolition. They start with a plan.

Before we ever swing a hammer, our team works through the layout, fixtures, finishes, functionality, budget, and all the little details that can make or break a renovation.

Sam’s current project appears to involve a custom shower, a healthy amount of tile, and absolutely no bathtub unless it’s strictly for human use. 🐶

At Reshape Consulting, we believe the design and planning stage should give you confidence in your renovation before construction begins — and, of course, no design is truly final until the dogs approve.

Consult + Design + Renovate. 🐾 Sam approved.

🐈 Curiosity killed the cat. It shouldn’t kill your renovation.

What happens before you hire a contractor? How do they develop their pricing? What planning happens before construction? And once you hire them—who coordinates the trades, how are decisions made, and what happens when something changes?

You shouldn’t have to hire someone to find out. We’d rather show you; at reshapeconsulting.ca.

The Reshape Consulting website was designed to give homeowners a transparent look at the entire renovation experience—from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Explore our pricing models, consultation and design process, pre-construction planning, project management approach, renovation process, and real client feedback before making your decision.

Because when you’re investing in your home, you should have confidence in the contractor you select—not just hope the job gets done right.

No mystery. No guesswork. No crossing your fingers. 🤞

Just a carefully planned and managed renovation process you can understand before you ever sign a contract or the first hammer swings. 🔨

🔎 Do your homework. Explore our process. Read what our clients have to say. Then decide if Reshape is right for your renovation.

Considering a bathroom or kitchen renovation? We'd be happy to help.

🐾 Reshape Project Dogs – Meet Dutchess!

This week's Project Dog is Dutchess 👑

Dutchess belongs to some incredible clients who have trusted us with two full bathroom renovations, along with custom walk-in closets, structural modifications, and a long list of additional improvements throughout their home.

While we're busy measuring, planning, and swinging hammers, Dutchess has taken on the important role of site supervisor—making sure everyone gets a proper greeting and keeping a close eye on the team's progress (especially around snack time).

We're incredibly grateful for clients who welcome us into their homes and make us feel like part of the family. It's relationships like these that make what we do so rewarding.

Thanks for letting us borrow your humans for a few months, Dutchess. We'll do our best to earn your approval. 🐶💙

🐾 Reshape Project Dogs 🐾

Welcome to Project Dogs—a new series where we'll be introducing some of the amazing four-legged family members we've met on our renovation projects.

And who better to kick things off than Koda—our very first Project Dog and the unofficial Head of Site Management. 🐶💙

One of the concerns we hear from homeowners is:
"What about our pets during the renovation?"

At Reshape Consulting, we understand that your pets are family. That's why we take the time to work around their routines, keep work areas secure, maintain a clean jobsite, and make the renovation process as comfortable and stress-free as possible—for everyone in the home.

Every renovation has a supervisor—and Koda takes that job seriously. 🐾 He's the boss around here, and just the first of many amazing Project Dogs we'll be introducing. Because at Reshape, a better renovation experience includes every member of the family... especially the ones with four paws. 🐾

Stay tuned for more Project Dogs!

✨Not every bathroom renovation starts with restructuring the house🔨… but this one did. ✨

This project represents far more than a renovation; it is a reflection of thoughtful planning, structural transformation, and timeless design, brought together through our Consult + Design + Renovate approach. We're grateful for our very patient clients, and our stellar team for their effort towards this renovation. 👏

Reshape's latest stunning bathroom renovation blends modern luxury with warm farmhouse character, creating a spa-like retreat that feels both timeless and inviting. The focal point is the elegant freestanding soaking tub, beautifully positioned beneath a large sun-filled window, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Paired with the brushed nickel floor-mounted tub filler, the space instantly feels elevated and refined. Custom double barn doors add architectural charm and functionality, introducing a modern rustic touch that complements the space's clean contemporary lines.

Every detail in this renovation was carefully selected to balance comfort, functionality, and luxury. The result? A serene bathroom retreat ready for its big reveal. From start to finish, look through the views of this impressive renovation, and imagine having a Reshape bathroom of your own.
