I often get so caught up in the helical pile portion of Alltask's business that I neglect to market the backbone of the company, which is excavation. I've posted some of this project in the past. Visited this week for some filming they were doing and wow it looks great now that it's all complete. The Schletter carport frame coupled with the concrete foundations look fantastic and there is a huge amount of room under the panels for vehicle height. I believe it's a minimum height of 10'. These huge parking lot sails required a lot of foundation work to combat the wind and overturning moment, and all of the concrete piers are supported by Almita helical piles. It was very fun to install, and I'd like to thank Vigor Clean Tech for choosing Alltask to assist on this project. Thanks again!

As it is very close to completion now, with only a few more panels to be installed, here is a short video of the sequence of construction for the large solar ground mount net metering system at Evolv1 in Waterloo. Alltask is proud to have been a part of the foundations for this great project.

Here's a short little video of our new CAT helical pile driving unit along with his little brother. Giving Alltask the capability of installing very heavy pile foundations as well as smaller, harder to access jobs.

I went and visited a jobsite from last fall. Alltask installed helical piles 20' deep through fill that had been excavated during the house construction and would not bear weight. Things are coming along, and starting to take shape. I also took some drone footage for fun. https://lnkd.in/d64MCSt

This is a followup to some indoor piles we installed to support a heavy industrial tank installation in Oakville Ontario. 4.5" piles were driven into the floor and torqued to have a compressive capacity of over 60,000lbs each. Shown here are the piles after concrete encasement as well as the final tank installation on load cells. email [email protected] for more information. Four 4.5" piles at 23,000 ft/lbs capable of holding over 70,000 lbs each in compression. No digging, no spoils to dispose of. In and out before lunchtime.
