A project we did in whistler 7 years ago. We did a complete renovation of this house. Nee flooring out of walnut, new fireplace and audio wall in stone, new kitchen, new bathrooms, even a quartz wall with window behind. All custom work and materials supplied by us.

Plan ahead! its always good to have the final vision of your dream home before you start to renovate. recently i had a client who is redoing their siding ask me if i could come by and go over some ideas for their future interior designs. this way they would know where to place windows or move doors so they wouldn't have to down the road. they can even just frame in the windows or doors a year in advance and side right over them and when they are ready for the next phase, they can move things around without a huge waste of time and money. this is an old Squamish build that has seen 3 additions to it over its life time. we just moved their kitchen into another room, at least on paper we did :) we are just in the planning stages. so they asked for some ideas of a layout. here is what i came up with before heavily getting into proper drawings

Custom shower pans can be expensive. They are a lot of work from start to finish. We struggled with this particular floor as we had no room for the shower drains to sink below the floor. Wait till you see how we solved this issue. Can you guess?
