This backsplash had its own small challenges with hood tolerances and conflicting issues for ideal layout. We went above with custom trim work to ensure the finished product looked as good as possible. Was great to get this ticked off the customers list after recent new counters and cabinetry.

We freshened the curb appeal with some Hardie plank siding, along with some additional small bits along the way.

Demo was executed carefully for reuse of material on sheds at the property. Wasps and ivy had to go, bats were handled with care.

The transformation on this project was next level. It felt like a different house once completed. We went from an ‘odd’ central bathroom on the main floor to mostly open living.

To make this possible the laundry was tucked into the landing closet upstairs. The hot water tank was also relocated. This allowed a new replacement powder room under the stairs so there was no loss in facilities. Finished it off with moving all electrical and plumbing in the existing walls. Then some floor matching, zoned pot lights, and getting rid of the popcorn ceiling.

Those keen eyed might also spot little details like moving a baseboard on the wall stairs, a detail that will allow much easier future access to under the stairs for storage.

This was another fun project to trouble shoot through and again very pleased with the outcome.

Loved this puzzle project of what was possible in this space, and glad we could tick off reading a book in a relaxing bath.

Removing a shower from an adjacent room allowed the laundry to move. No one wants to shower with an electrical sub-panel, so that moved too. Then just re-arranged all the services in the way of the vision. Sprinkled some underfloor heat for toasty toes, and we got an amazing transformation.

How about a whole suite!
Full renovation of lower level to create a 1 bedroom mortgage helper. This received ‘the works’ from under slab drain work and power service upgrade to select custom cabinetry to allow in suite laundry.

To create a homely living space we installed:
-bathroom underfloor heat
-insulated sub floors
-sound proofing
-independent heating system
-suite only water shut offs

Patio upgrade! Out with the old cracked broken slab pieces then prep of new footprint. Lay down of quality w**d membrane, install of new border allowing slight fall away from property, fill and compacting, then final paver install.
Always nice to have some help and shade!

Full deck replacement to something larger and safer. Tear down of existing deck and awning, removal of well overgrown garden bed and section of old patio to allow space for new footprint.

Poured new footings, installed posts; beam and joists, added solid custom railings, staircase and custom gates for dog control.

Some after leak cleanup following the plumber’s repair. Fully gutted the bathroom and removed all water damaged areas. Rebuilt the shower, drywalled and relaid the floor, toilet and vanity. Finished up with new paint and trim.
