WOW 🤩 This fixture package was one of the more challenging. The homeowner had a very clear vision in what the final product should look like but it’s a home run!!! Plumbing doesn’t always get a lot of love. Framing is cool, you see the entire house go up. Drywall, paint, countertops, appliances get a lot of love too. But it’s those little touches of fixtures and sinks that truly tie everything together.

Poly-B ☠️ Quite honestly the worst type of waterlines you could have in your home. With some home insurance companies become more strict on the qualifications for their policies Poly B removals are on the rise.
Poly-B replacements are invasive because access holes will need to be cut in order to change out the lines. Depending on your house it could be anywhere from $4000-10,000 just for the removal and replaced with PEX. Drywall patches are also needed.
Don’t trust every plumber who gives you a quote, make sure they have done Poly-B removal before, have WCB, licensed and insured. Keep the invoice to show at the time of sale.

My daughters had the privilege to meet .deguchi yesterday!! 🥇🏅🥇
My girls were so excited and Christa took the time to train with the kids and talk to each other them.
As a mom the thing that impressed me the most about Christa was her generosity. She freely shared her favourite techniques, warm ups as well as her gold medal. Such an amazing role model for my girls!
