Now that our first Spec house is almost wrapped up, the sixx team is opening the opportunity for custom builds for our next houses (rather than just a Spec house). This will give our customers the opportunity to build the floor-plan and finishings YOU want.

✔️ Energy Efficiency - According to supplier ICF homes require 32% less energy to cool and 44% less energy to heat than traditional homes.
✔️ Comfort - Warmer, Drier, + Moisture/Mould Resistant
✔️ Convenience - Hang drywall directly to the ICF, No need for exterior wall framing
✔️ Reliability - Because the forms protect the concrete of ICF foundations, they are less susceptible to cracking and leaking than poured concrete foundations.
