I do other things also. Other then renovation. Let's say this was a bench that that I built to be part of your old deck. Every one has an Imagination of what you think would be pretty cool to have but couldn't do it and thought it would cost to much, cost maybe a Little bit more for Material, not my price. Plus my Imagination It's pretty wild and very Detailed so I can build and rebuild in my head from starting building till what it will look finished
And draw what I see to show you what it could look finished

I refurbished the deck, fix the big fence and moved the little fence flush with the concret pad plus concreted the post in, little bit of spring cleaning, landscaping , sanded the deck ,stained and trimmed the big pine tree to add more space

This is one of the most gorgeous porch roofs I have built, shingled, and sided and it all started with me drawing 3 different pictures of what it could look like. But unfortunately ran into problems with the addition roof. I was only supposed to take off the tin but the roof was so far gone I had to frame a new roof and Sheet it instead of just taking off the tin and shingling it, but I always find a solution where it won't cost you a lot to fix it. Plus who is go over it with the customer and Show them the problem first.

Small or big custom add-ons. Doesn't have to be a porch roof it could just be detailed to your roof which won't cost a lot and it's quick and easy. And you'll be surprised what a difference it will make your house. message me with a picture of what you would like done and I will be happy to draw 3 different drawing of what it will look like when I'm finish. My prices stay the same. But the material prices will change a lot. The first drawing will always be the cheapest. But still look amazing because I take pride in my work and build it like it was my own place. So no matter what I still have that wow factor
