Hello my friends ! Drywall and taping complete ! Ready for paint end of the week ! Now’s the time to lock this in to pick your finishes ! Please share if you know someone interested in a beautiful home away from home in the peaceful serene area of Oliphant. Drywall completed in a day and half and taping estimated time of completion set for Thursday.

I’ve been busy ! New hydro pole and hydro meter installed. Septic tank hooked up. Well drilled and water on. Rough in electrical and plumbing complete, furnace and HRV unit installed, insulation and VB complete and ready for drywall. Porch and back deck complete Time to get started on soffit, facia, trough and siding.

Preparations are in progress to complete the exterior with finishes like shingles, windows, doors, soffit, facia, troughs, siding, rear deck, and front porch. Today, the well is being drilled, and hydro connection is expected next week.
