6 Unit Update 🏗️

It’s drywall and siding kind of weather.

With drywall going up, siding being installed, and paint not far behind, the finishing touches are bringing this project to life. Every day it looks a little less like a job site and a little more like six future homes for our community.

A home starts long before the walls go up. 🏡

This week, our team is focused on completing the foundation in Georgetown, creating the base that everything else will be built on. It may not be the prettiest stage of construction, but it’s one of the most important.

Every project begins with a strong foundation, and it’s exciting to see another future home taking shape.

The crew is up at Elmira Railway Station today tackling some much-needed repairs.

We’re replacing worn boards, strengthening key areas, and making sure the accessibility ramp is safe and reliable for everyone who visits.

A little maintenance goes a long way in preserving this community landmark and keeping it welcoming for residents and visitors alike.
