Pretty amazing news for all who are looking to Upgrade their Septic accessibility and performance with risers, Distribution box upgrades and effluent filter installs. Risers ensure easy access to the tank for pump outs and troubleshooting (right…. how nice it is when you don't have to dig or pay for someone to expose your tank every 3-5 years). Upgrading your Distribution box to a Polyethene distribution box with risers to surface can provide access for maintenance on your disposal field and allow the install of Speed levellers to ensure even flow through out each lateral of your field to help ensure the proper treatment of our wastewater as well as prolong the life of our fields. An effluent Filter Can help protect your disposal field from any suspended Solids entering your Distribution box and field which can lead to premature field failure.

The CSRD grants will help those whom apply for this program recover some if not all of the costs of these upgrades that would most likely add to the value of the home while helping protect a large investment on your property and help maintain the healthy environment we all love in our Area. (depending on the depth, access and required materials each project may vary in price)

New dosed gravity OWDS to replace an old failed system, this home owner is now compliant with the suite recently installed in his basement. Was a fun project with some challenges but came out really good

Had a maintenance review of a property for a realtor and found the distribution box had all but caved in, had an opportunity to repair and put everything back together to ensure this system will last for many years to come. Got to put the land scape back together with access to the distribution box for future maintenance.
