I Wish I had a before picture of this drop ceiling in a shower. It was peeling, with water stains and of course it's plaster and Laith so it was a bit rough around the edges to begin with. Some serious sanding, some minor repair, and voila!!! She's not perfect, but wow!!!!
I don't usually use semi gloss in bathrooms, however being that this little ceiling will constantly be getting wet and soapy, since it's so low in the shower area, I decided to use the same paint I used on the trim, Benjamin Moore scuff -x semi gloss in "Chantilly lace". It'll be super durable, washable, and last much longer than a regular bath and spa product.

Coved ceilings are my fave, but this shiplap ceiling turned out extra nice using Benjamin Moore scuff-x in eggshell. Not only is the sheen amazing, but for a kitchen it's super easy to clean and will last many years before ever needing a repaint.
