It’s a crazy world out there. With a lot of crazy-busy people. If we’re not careful, we too can get caught up in a punishing rat race, navigating the concrete jungle from early dawn to early evening, pounding hard at work every day. It doesn’t happen all at once. It’s like our life is a flywheel that slowly turns faster and faster until we run the risk of spinning out of control. When that happens - Look out!
Once in a while, we need to take the time to slow down. To catch our breath. At Raymar, our mission is to shape the spaces in which our clients live in a responsible, enjoyable and meaningful way. That is; to give our clients the space to retreat to, relax a little and reconnect with what’s most important to them.
We’ve been helping busy homeowners like that for 30 years now. At first, we simply helped them get the work done around the house. Today our team of experienced design consultants and skilled craftsman create backyard sanctuaries that soothe the human soul, delight the senses and inspire deeper connections with both nature and the people who are closest to us: family, friends and neighbours.And maybe, just maybe the beauty of our new surroundings can cause us to reflect on even bigger things, things bigger than ourselves, things we can’t see, leaving us a little better equipped to engage that wild crazy world out there for yet another day.
Imagine a place where you can stop to catch your breath, sink your toes in the ground, listen to water tumble over natural stone and maybe share a drink or conversation (or both) with someone you love. That place is right outside your door. It might not offer that kind of experience now. But it can. That’s where we come in.
