Now Hiring: Concrete Labourers! 🛠️🧱

Ready to get to work and build something that lasts? We’re looking for dependable, hard-working Concrete Labourers to join our team!

Whether you're experienced or eager to learn the trade, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:
- Site prep, setting forms, and tying rebar
- Pouring, spreading, leveling, and finishing concrete
- Operating power tools, vi*****rs, and walk-behind equipment
- Post-pour cleanup and stripping forms efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
- High energy, reliability, and physical strength (able to lift 50+ lbs)
- Willingness to work outdoors in active jobsite conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport to the shop/site
- Concrete or general masonry experience is great, but attitude matters most—we will train!

What We Offer:
- Competitive starting pay based on experience
- Consistent hours and room to advance into skilled finishing or crew lead roles

Looking to build a solid career with a great crew? We’re hiring hard-working, reliable Asphalt Labourers to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
- Shoveling, raking, and sweeping asphalt
- Operating basic machinery (plate packers, hand tools)
- Setting up traffic control cones and safety signage
- Prep and site cleanup to ensure top-quality results

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and physical stamina (able to lift 50+ lbs)
- Comfortable working outdoors in hot weather
- Reliable transportation to job sites/shop
- Previous asphalt or construction experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!

What We Offer:
- Competitive pay (based on experience)
- Steady season-long work with opportunities to grow
- Supportive crew and great work environment

Another custom fabrication completed for National Paving, Concrete Division. 🔥

This project included 124" of custom floor grating, fabricated to meet the project requirements and built with the durability and precision you expect from Le Blanc Welding & Fabrication.
