As an Indigenous owned company, we're proudly continuing our legacy of creating new opportunities for our community here in the Bulkley Valley with Kyah Resources Inc.!

Today, on the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we honour the Survivors of residential schools, their families, and the many Indigenous communities across Canada still living with the legacy of these institutions.

This day invites reflection, not only on the deep pain caused by the residential school system and broader colonial policies, but also on the strength, knowledge, and resilience that continue to thrive within Indigenous communities.

As an Indigenous-owned company with many First Nations employees, ROGA is grounded in the teachings, traditions, and lived experiences of our people. We stand with our employees, our Nation partners, and all those affected, acknowledging the truths of the past and affirming our shared journey toward healing and justice.

This is not only a day of remembrance but a call to responsibility. At ROGA, we are committed to supporting Indigenous-led initiatives, advancing economic reconciliation, and creating spaces where truth is spoken and respected.

This week, members of our Silvicon and Kyah teams wore orange shirts to honour Survivors and spark conversation. Today, we pause to listen, learn, and recommit ourselves to reconciliation, not just in words, but in action.

We encourage our partners, clients, and community members to take time today to reflect, engage, and continue learning.
