Episode 1 - Landlady Lowdown. How to get cheap rent:
1. Find a place you can afford (best is to be 30% of your income or less)
2. STAY THERE A LONG TIME - by year 3 you have fabulously cheap rent!
3. Best to choose your rental not out of desperation but with long term planning in mind. Choose high quality. Choose a rental housing provider that you enjoy communicating with.

There's the formula. It really works.

Please give me your advice for a better landlady look for the Lowdown. I know I can do better.

Early spring sessions of pottery lessons start this week and next week! There is still room for 2 students in Mugs! Mugs! Mugs! on Wednesday nights. Kids classes after school on Wednesdays has 4 spaces left and the Monday after school class is wide open, waiting for a crew of kids to start their own private pottery club!
