As a Snow Removal & Landscape Maintenance Worker you will be responsible for the routine snow removal and landscape maintenance of the building grounds and building exterior.

Major Responsibilities
• Operate a variety of equipment (lawn mower, trimmer, hedge pruner, skid steer, truck with a snowplows/sanders, sweeper, blower, etc.)
• Perform tasks in snow removal and landscaping such as snow plowing, sweeping, blowing, shoveling, mowing, trimming, etc.
• Plant trees, shrubs, bulbs, grass and other plants
• Install landscaping materials
• Assist in irrigation system installations and maintenance
• Respond to service requests and emergencies
• Portray a favorable image of the organization as a front-line contact with clients/tenants
• Perform regular inspections of the building grounds to ensure curb-side appearance is in accordance with contract and our standards

Experience & Qualifications
• Good command of the English language (written and verbal)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong customer care and communication skills
• Ability to drive a truck and trailer, and operate power equipment used in snow removal and landscape maintenance

Programming note! Please read and share.

Hey Slave Lake, since this question has come up a few times, I just wanted to confirm the scheduling for this event... If you purchased tickets, plan to purchase tickets, or were on the fence about coming, please read!

Doors will open at 9pm on Friday, August 27th. We strongly encourage to pre-purchase tickets at www.standupguys.ca as we do not expect tickets will be available at the door.

We encourage attendees to come at 9-9:15, settle in to their seats and then enjoy the fireworks (9:30pm) from the Legacy Center's great sight lines. Coming to the comedy show does not mean you will miss the fireworks, in fact you will have the best view of them from The Legacy Center.

Immediately following the fireworks (approximately 10pm), the comedy event will begin. The show will run about 90 minutes for anyone who needs to plan for child care.

Ticket pairs and tables of 8 still available.
