Hardscaper/Landscaper -- COME BE A DREAM MAKER!

South Coast Group provides superior hardscaping services for the Haldimand Norfolk, Brant and surrounding areas. Our dedicated team of 6 Hardscape Professionals help our customers make their backyard dreams come true! In the winter months we also take care of snow removal in the same surrounding areas.
The Hardscape Professionals role for our 2021 season is ongoing. We still have plenty of projects on the go. The objective is to carry out the remainder of our scheduled projects for this season and continue into winter as snow removal sets in. The preferred person will become an important part of our dream making team!
At South Coast Group, our number one requirement is, we are looking for a self starter who can manage their time efficiently. This role DEMANDS drive and accountability because the day-to-day working environment will involve team supervision.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
✓ Reliability - Be at work daily and on time!
✓ Know your daily routine - Everyone has their own chores! ✓ Be prepared - Kinda like being a Scout (or Girl Guide)
✓ Be organized
✓ If you don’t know.... ASK - There is never a dumb question
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
✓ Experience - Big asset but not required, willing to train on the job
✓ “D” Licence - Asset not required
✓ Ability to lift and carry 34kg (75 lbs)
✓ Ability to work in extreme hot conditions - our weather is crazy these days
We are a very relaxed group of workers but at the end of the day we need to get the job done. We do, do reference checks upon request. This job does fall under seasonal but there is opportunity for year-round employment with us as well.
