Our crews work hard year-round, but summer brings unique challenges, especially when temperatures soar. At Principle Projects, safety always comes first.

✅ We schedule regular water breaks
✅ Provide shaded rest areas on site
✅ Encourage light, breathable PPE when possible
✅ Watch for signs of heat stress in our team and one another
