Customer called saying a couple rooms lost power ,
Turned out to be this receptacle, it had a power bar plugged into it which caused it to over heat and melt.
Quick fix and everything is back up and running !

Our solution? A directional drill installation of a brand new main feeder — no trenching, minimal disruption, and a long-term fix. ✅
