Lancor Concrete Contractors Ltd. is looking for an experienced Controller to join our team!

Lancor is a formwork contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects throughout Atlantic Canada. From foundations to high-rise structures, our crews deliver the concrete work that helps shape the region, and our office team keeps it all running smoothly.

As our Controller, you'll lead our accounting and financial reporting and work closely with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and job costing.

What we're looking for:
✅ CPA designation or equivalent experience
✅ Experience in accounting or financial management (construction is a plus!)
✅ Strong job costing and reporting skills
✅ A hands-on, team-first attitude
