Rising utility bills are changing the way Canadians think about homeownership.

According to recent research, 72% of Canadians reported that their utility costs have increased over the past year.

When building a home, it's important to think beyond the purchase price. Heating, cooling, and electricity are ongoing costs that can have a significant impact on your monthly budget.

At Riko Passive Homes, we believe a home should be designed for long-term comfort, efficiency, and lower operating costs.

Because the true cost of a home isn't just what you pay today, it's what it costs to live in for years to come.

We don’t think a home should only look good on move-in day. It should feel comfortable in January, perform well in July, and keep working efficiently year after year. Our approach to energy-efficient building helps create homes that are quieter, more consistent, and easier to live in. That’s the difference people notice once they’re actually living in the space.
